Welcome to ELIDUCK. These Terms of Service govern your access to the ELIDUCK interactive experience, managed by Eliduck Entertainment Inc. (operating as Chase Light Studio).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this site or engaging with the ELIDUCK Interactive Adventure, you agree to these Terms. We may update these terms as the world of Eliduck evolves. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Ownership of Creative Content

All cinematic assets, storyboards, characters, and interactive media are the exclusive property of Eliduck Entertainment Inc. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to view and interact with these materials. No reproduction or distribution of these assets is permitted without prior written consent.

3. User Conduct

This is an environment intended for ages 8 and up. You agree not to attempt to disrupt our streaming services, interfere with the narrative experience, or use our creative materials for any unauthorized commercial purposes.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Mississauga, Ontario.
