Volckano Spins Off Gaming and IP Division into New Brand: Eliduck Entertainment Inc.

Volckano is pleased to announce the formation of Eliduck Entertainment Inc., a new independent brand spun off from Volckano's internal gaming and IP division.

Effective immediately, all gaming, IP, film and animation work previously operating under the Volckano umbrella is consolidated under the Eliduck Entertainment brand. This includes Volckano's existing game titles, the Eliduck IP, and all future projects in interactive entertainment and animated content.

Why the split

As Volckano's core focus sharpens around enterprise AI transformation and consulting, the gaming and entertainment work has grown into its own distinct operation — with its own team, pipeline and creative identity. Giving it a dedicated brand reflects both the scale of the work and the direction it is heading.

Eliduck Entertainment Inc. operates as a focused entertainment studio with three core verticals:

• Games — mobile and interactive titles built on the Eliduck IP and new original properties
• Film & AI Content — AI-generated short films and cinematic productions, continuing the work pioneered under 追光工坊
• Animation & IP — original character development, animated series and licensing for the Eliduck universe and beyond

The Eliduck name traces back to Volckano's original mobile game, Eliduck Island, which launched the IP that has since expanded into games, educational content, and now a full entertainment studio.

Volckano continues to operate as the parent consulting and AI transformation brand. The two entities collaborate closely, with AI production capabilities from Volckano powering the creative output of Eliduck Entertainment.
